Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrived broken, not working, you may return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund/store credit.

To return an item, please contact us at [] and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return as well as a picture to clarify and confirm the products damage. We will then send you a return shipping label.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, used, or altered.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been damaged, used, or altered
  • Items that are not in new and unused condition
  • Items that are marked "final sale" or "all sales final"
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized


The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. We will not reimburse shipping costs for returns.
